Fast, correct, friendly. Was a drive thru order. Completed well.
Extremely high turnover, not good. Certain managers yell and scream at the employees. This is NEVER EVER ACCEPTABLE, NOR PROFESSIONAL. The managers who do this need to enter the military or maybe a career in the prison system. No interpersonal skills required. Yes, we drive-thru customers can hear you!!! I'm often the "go-for- this Gal" where I work for some of the fellow employees, so I'm in your drive-thru a lot! The regular employees working the windows are nice, unless a mgr. then they are abrupt and short. No smile in their voice. They seem miserable.
The employees are always nice and my food has always been correct.

The girl with the curly red hair is always sweet, love her! She deserves a raise. The newbie white guy with the body art work. He speaks clearly, repeats orders, gets it right, is extremely patient and will smile. Keep him! Good people are hard to find and he excels in the Customer Service area. Talent for this is difficult to find. He's polite and professional.
